PHILOSOPHY

My work in its essence is based on Christina Kessler‘s Integrative Philosophy of Love, labeled ”amo ergo sum“.

Integrative in this context means a conjunctive approach, to become aware of and to acknowledge the intrinsic interconnectedness of all phenomena; Integrative also denotes an interdisciplinary approach, one that includes religion and culture, one that is world and cosmo centric.

Our world is presently immersed in a process of deep and rapid change, which we will only be able to navigate if we return to our unchanging and culturally transcending center of being, and ancor ourselves in our true identity.

To achieve this there is only one way: love – love in its highest form as a state of consciousness and in its practical form as a way of life.

Love is more than a feeling, it is an an attitude, it is the essence of all that is, it is the knowing that nothing is separated, that all separation is an illusion.

Love is the principle und driving force of this interlinkage, it is both guidepost and tool.

amo ergo sum - ”I am because I love“ – is an innovative philosophy of freedom which combines a new way of life with cultural and social engagement.

amo ergo sum is about being freed from all mental limitations, it‘s about reconnecting to our - brilliant – inner core, it‘s about the full unfolding of our individual potential, it‘s about healing in the sense of becoming whole.

amo ergo sum is a process of self-realization, where we can find answers to the meaning of life,  where we can satisfy our original yearning for perfection and where we can achieve mastery of our own life.

amo ergo sum plainly and simply is about making the best out of our being human.

SEMINARS

amo ergo sum seminars are presently being offered in German only (English translations on request) and in a 4-days format: as Intensive Seminars and as Modular Seminars, being part of a 2 years training program.

Dr. phil. Christina Kessler studied cultural anthropology, comparative religious science, sociology and philosophy. Early in her research she concentrated on the wisdom and healing traditions of humanity. She explored and worked in Mexico (shamanism), Ladakh  (Boen, Mahayana

Buddhism) and South India (Raja Yoga, Vedanta). On these foundations and her own practice she developed the philosophy of amo ergo sum.
